really? there is only ONE person who plays lacrosse and lives near us. Well he plays it as a sport, like me. THINK ABOUT IT

Why was he declined? Even if the server is down you can still tell him hes accepted. And if that isnt the reason his application is fully perfect, it misses nothnig
